Large attractive cottage with swimming pool, sauna, lake and small farm in a unique beautiful location overlooking the secluded surroundings, 3 km from Krasna Lipa, 6 km from Rotava and 10 km from Nejdek in the Krusne Mountains.

There is a small goat farm (goats, chickens) aside the property. During the season you can buy domestic products (homemade bread, goat milk and cheese, eggs, marmalade - the regional food - the best marmalade of the world 2016).
